Need an Advise or Suggestion

If any one can help me with this..
I travelled from Bahrain  to India last week to visit my family while is was showing my CPR  active and checked on airport it was found active even when checked on expat services on LMRA it was active but after a week when checked it shows Error! The requested record does not exist in the system! what does it mean. when called the sponsor he said its cancelled. The question is can I travel back to Bahrain on visit visa or sponsored visa. will i be able to get my visit visa from Bahrain embassy in India to travel back. Hope there would be no problem.
Please help me I will appreciate your advise and suggestion. I will be highly thankful to you .

You can apply for an evisa on evisa.gov.bh.  If approved, you can travel.  Similarly, if someone can sponsor a visa for you, same.
