You mention that you already have a visa for Dubai?  is that a work visa?  if so, I don't think there are any problems at this point in time.  But read below.

Individual GCC country issues e.g. Bahrain wouldn't impact Dubai and vice versa UNLESS you have been convicted as a criminal or there is a criminal case against you for which they have issued orders / arrest warrants to detain you for eventual trial.   I am not sure what kind of case your employer has filed or what stage is it at; but be mindful that if it is a fraud / stealing case and they have some evidence, it will take time but eventually sometime from now -a year, two or three, it will come back to bite you once the process concludes as I described above.

Suggest to get that resolved to have peace of mind for the future.

Right now = There is no issue as work visa was issued
Tomorrow i.e. 1 year, 2 years, 3 years etc = There may be an issue as these cases take time.  And I also said it depends on how serious the case is.

If a lady is working in Bahrain has a housemaid and her husband is also here but the wife had a passport so she run away back to her country will her husband get into any problems what she did

If she wasn't on her husband's sponsorship, then there is no issue from a legal standpoint for a runaway case.  They are different individuals in the eyes of the law.

But if she is accused of stealing or some other crime, the police will speak to the husband.  And that again isn't an issue unless he is somehow complicit in that.

Runaway case is a labor issue not a criminal issue.  It won't impact.

If she is accused of stealing or a crime then it is another matter.

If run away case how it took long to remove the case can we come back if it possible again to come back where you have a case of run away...
