Do you run a legitimately registered Malaysian company offering legal or the services you say you have?  How much experience do you have in this area? What is your professional background that makes you think you are able to offer a value-added package to foreigners?  Are you living in Malaysia legally yourself? How many companies have you set up here?  How much capital do you have to put into a corporate venture? Is your posting just a whim to get attention and try something new (and knit it all together as you go along)?

Your posting is a good warning to people NOT to contact people over a forum for professional advice.  There are lots of solicitors that are regulated and know what should and shouldn't be done. As with immigration, there are lots of scams that need to be avoided.

So now you finally understand my point.....

Scammers give no information except "I will make you rich or help your business" so by definition you look like a scammer or at best a chancer. Certainly no one a sane person would contact for business help.

what happened to this thread ? Why is it broken in 2 parts ?
