UAE Medical Visa (x-ray) and COVID-19

Joshua87UK

Hi there,

I will move to Dubai for work in April.

I went into different threads regarding Medical visa and X-Ray and I was wondering how the COVID-19 will impact this process.

I was diagnosed with COVID in June '20 (no symptoms, I was lucky) but I don't know if this could have damaged my lungs.
From some medical studies it seems that a lot of people (incl. those with no symptoms) can have their lung damaged (e.g with scars).

Do you think this could impact the x-ray screening for Residence visa? I never had TB (not even latent).

Thanks,
Joshua

Since this is new, no one really knows.  Just keep all the documents relating to the Covid infection etc. in case there is any issue and you have to prove it to them.

Hi, Joshua. I'm wondering if you got any lung scar after acquiring Covid-19? What was the result of your medical?
