I need help with learning Arabic.

I live in Waziriyah in Baghdad. I can hardly find anybody to teach me Arabic. By means of my contacts i met four or聽 different persons. They are all promising but as an action nothing happens even they donot come to meeting they promised, unreplied emails missed phone calls... at the end i am tired of seeking anybody. Maybe here it works and i could find soneone to teach me Arabic. Kind regards.
