They moved the renewal application to evisa.gov.bh.  It is not done very well.  You have to go into apply & eligibility and then choose self sponsorship from the drop down.    You should apply for renewal at least 6 months before expiry.

However,  it does not show renewal of self sponsorship visa... It says this has to be done thru E go with ekey.... When tried thru that it says this can be done... Have to go to one of service office... Which office is not provided...

That is what I am trying to tell you.  I don't know where you are looking but people are renewing through evisa. Even if you go to NPRA website and go to self sponsorship page and click on link - it will send you to evisa site.

Go to evisa.gov.bh

Click on apply and eligibility

Choose current residence as no

Choose purpose of visit as self sponsorship

Put your nationality

Click next after filling captcha

Choose the renewal option in the drop down that appears. It will only show 2 years (you have to send a separate email to SS section to change this time period after you have filed the application). Click on apply now. Fill out the form that appears with documentation and submit.

I literally tried this right now before replying to you.  So you have to look carefully.
