First thing you need to consider is there are "massage parlours" and there are "massage parlours"; one is legitimate and better known in Holland as a Physiotherapist, the other is also perfectly legal, but may offer services other than a back massage; there is no requirement for you to disclose on here which you are looking for.

Assuming you mean a Physiotherapist, give your doctors a call and ask if any are open and can you get a referral.聽 You need to check if your medical insurance covers you, otherwise, there is a charge.

If you actually mean the other sort, then Google is your friend and I don't think your insurance will pay for it.

What i mean is like the Asian/ Thai massage. My husband and I went there regularly before covid to have whole body relaxation massage.

I wonder if during covid they are hygienic enough for the virus.

Well, they have been permitted to re-open, as to whether they are safe is another matter.聽 They were all closed from March until July and the infection rate declined; however, since they reopened, the infection rate has risen dramatically.聽 So, without any evidence, either way, I would choose the safest option and ask your husband to rub your back.
