I have recently purchased a new apartment in Prcanj and am now looking for an English speaking professional who can advise on and install the internet and聽 a Smart TV recieving English channels.

I would check around your apartment to see if there are any phone box termination pillars聽 or phone lines around the apartment you can check also with your neighbours.where I am living my connection is with T Com but just recently m-tel have run a new line beside my house .So I would contact these 2 companies first as a wired connection should give you better internet speeds.
I would also like to make it known that you can take out a summer package with T.com but with mtel it is all year but i think mtel will offer faster speeds also with mtel i think you must have a residence in Montenegro. You can call into the nearest shops to your location to find out more.
not a problem , my friend has been talking with wi max and they are offering different packages through antenna system you can check them out on internet ask them what the reception is like in your聽 location .it costs about 90 euro for installation with wi max.a
