Residence visa are national, not EU-wide. So you need to apply for a German visa for the purpose of your stay (e.g. student visa for studies, work visa for work, etc.).

My advice is not move in Germany.. Sweden at least you wont face hate at work place...

Not that xenophobia doesn't exist in Germany but it is not really a major problem and certainly no less in Sweden. To characterize the situation like this is misleading at best. But like mentioned, the poster would have to qualify聽 to work in Germany, first step being lining up a job before being able to get the work visa. And 90%+ of jobs will require knowing the German language.
