Hi everyone. I’m a content writer for 九色视频 Magazine, and we are planning on writing an article about what American expats abroad (and non-American expats living in the US) think about the upcoming presidential elections. How do you think the results will affect your life as an expat? Might it affect your decision to stay where you are or return to your home country? What are your worries and hopes? Do you think the result might affect practical issues such as your taxes, pension, or prospects for getting a visa for your spouse (if she/he is not a US citizen)? Unfortuntely, because of practical reasons, I am not going to be able to make it eearlier than this summer.聽 Too many moving parts of path to France.聽聽Not that it would make any difference --once he聽 is coronated--where one is located geographically on planet earth..it all feels surreal...

Too late, we are doomed!

It truly feels surreal to me.聽 I am also a 'Global聽 Citzen'聽 After his coronation, the word聽 'global' will be ex-dictionary no doubt like many others on the list e.g. climate,聽 the environment, green etc.聽 Yes, I am very much the doom queen at the present.聽 The upside, at least I can share my views on this platform.聽 Today is Thankgiving and I am thankful for the expats.
