Does anyone know how to go about obtaining itemized electric bills from the Energo -Pro website ? Its simple enough paying online for non residents but the bill they issue comes only with the amount due , without any details of usage .

When we first started our supply from them, we asked them to send the bills by email to us, monthly. We have two properties and each bill is sent as a separate emailnin pdf format, showing exact usage.

If you pay via epay, try clicking on the little magnifying glass to the left of the bill in the list on the main epay page. It should bring up an itemized bill for Energo-Pro, showing the old and new meter readings for the two different rates and how much has been used.

At least, mine does! It's a pop-up, so if you use a pop-up blocker you may need to disable it.
