Single permit processing 2025
@expat0ctja
Hi,
When i do this i used adobe acrobat and merged all payslips one by one and at the and i had one single file for payslips.
The portal that we use in Flanders lets you upload each specific file that requested.
those are :
- Employment contract
- Optional annex
- Health insurance
- Pay slips
- Identity proof
- Card(s) and Permits
  I dont know which files asked from above but during my aplication on progress i have been asked supply compte individual for past years.
Hi,
Region -> Flanders
I submitted my application on 27/6/2025. My application quickly turned admissible on 03/07/2025, but I haven't heard from them since then. Please let me know if anyone has had similar experiences. Normally, I see people get WP within 2-3 weeks.
Thanks.

Hi my friend.
Have you received your single permit?
I am still waiting, and i don't know what will happen if they wont give me the Annex 46?
Would you share if you have any idea?
Thanks you.
@n_novin

Hi,

rp: still waiting
More than 4 months have passed since the application date. Here are the estimated processing times for July.
Anyone with similar processing times have any comments? Thank you.
@bz9
Admissibility Date: 26 March 2025.
Work Permit Issued: 31 March 2025.
Residence Permit: still waiting.
Region: Flanders
I am reading the website dofi.ibz.be, here it states for the *Period for examining the application* that:
The date on which the Region declares the application admissible is the starting point of a dual deadline.
An initial period of 15 days within which the Region must send a copy of the file to the Immigration Office.
A second period of 4 months within which the Region and the Immigration Office must decide on the single application. The Region or the Immigration Office may extend this second deadline in exceptional circumstances related to the complexity of the application.
If the Region and the Immigration Office do not make any unfavourable decision within the 4-month deadline, potentially extended, the residence and work authorisations will be considered as being granted.
The Immigration Office will inform the applicant with an Annex 47 . The Immigration Office will also notify the employer, municipal administration, or Belgian diplomatic/consular post indicated in the single application.
This means we already have passe this 4-month period, and we have the right to ask for the Annex 47.
What do you think about this?
@n_novin
I think you should ask your employer to demand annex 47.
@math7612
You can do the application after 3 years via
by clicking on single permit. Then you should see the application button on the top.
After receiving the annexe46 you will not follow a link, you should visit your town hall with the documents and they should issue annexe49.

Hi,
I am not sure about the profession category but I guess my employer applied under highly skilled category.
My employer shared the annex 46.
