Welcome to the forums. We have had this discussion a couple of times lately.聽 Take聽 a look at the other threads - we have named stores, locations etc both on the north coast and Santiago.

Reality -聽 better prices in Santiago but it may not be convenient.

average cost - absolutely no idea.聽 Everything will depend on your taste and standards.
