I would like to know:

1. Is HIV testing mandatory to obtain a work permit in Vietnam?

2. Is a test for HIV a part of the medical tests to get the work permit in Vietnam?

3. If an individual tests positive for HIV, will he/she be denied a work permit, residence permit and labour visa in Vietnam?

4. Is an HIV positive individual foreginer working in Vietnam allowed to purchase HIV medication - ART/ARV medication from any hospital in Vietnam?

5. What happens if a person is denied a work permit in Vietnam if he tests positive for HIV?

It seems there are much better sources for reliable information on the subject than here in an open and largely anonymous forum without fact checking.
