It's very difficult for you when find English speaking doctors in Quy Nhon.
Quy Nhon is small city of Binh Dinh Province , The people generalize to speak vietnamese.

most doctors speak OK english all over the world as medicine is taught in english. I went to QN military hospital opposite the beach. the young doctors spoke pretty good english and were very happy to practice it, so u get extra care! expensive, inept and dirty though, like all Viet hospitals
