Dr Maria Arunlayagam at FV Hospital, i went to her and i can honestly recommend her. I was diagnosed with stress and anxiety god knows why but she will put you onto the relevant psych.. Good luck and i hope you feel better soon.

She's not a shrink but i meant she'd put you onto a good shrink. Wild 1 i still have some sanity as i come from a place that is a rad crazier than Saigon.

Who is TBI?  I think the crazy women you have been hanging around with are the main cause.  Take a break from them and you will be just fine!

Traumatic brain injury from military service.  The crazy women are just drawn to me.  Must be because I have the body of a god, I mean buddha.  My tshirt says "heavily medicated for public safety" on the front and "disturbed veterans of america" on the back....lol   This is not the retirement plan I would recommend, but it is nice not to worry about money.

Howie, i kept thinking and it all started after i met you and Sagon-monkey for coffee.Maybe we need to meet for coffee again to reverse it? I am fine man, just burn out. The rag trade does it to you after a while.

^Hey man, that was more than coffee - some good eats as well! We need to do again soon. And Howie can make anyone crazy, so don't feel bad about that.

Ah yes i forgot about that - see i only remember the coffee and yes i think it's Howie now for sure. Holler whenever we are out and about, would be good to catch up!

You and Ashard are going to have to drink one for me.  I am going to be stuck in Southern Cal for awhile longer.  But, ONLY one, alright???  I will get the rest, when I come back. 

It is very hard to find a good psychology doctor in this country, so please don't trust them so much. You know you most.

@ Ancientpathos - Sorry to hear of your Traumatic brain injury from military service. I hope you find a cure for your injury.
I have alot of respect for guys like you who served in the Military..

My VA doctor email me a script, went to viet doctor and he got it for me from a hospital pharmacy.  Thanks to all for the well wishers.

With your age and stamina, first you should consult a Psychiatrist and take medication. Together practice some breathing exercise, aromatherapy and Yoga if possible. Medicines has it's limitations.But as a quick remedy start with that then slowly you can stop medicines and concentrate in the natural ways! Good luck with good health!
