Hi Everyone

My hr applied Ep first time for me in retail industry. unfortunately my ep ep rejected.

EP applied date 15 november 2021.

again my hr appealed for my ep.

Appeal date - 3 jan 2022

i asked my hr about appeal status on feb first week.聽

My hr told me appeal is pending and also send screenshot of my appeal status.

and then feb 15th MOM asked university verification for university.

My hr applied( 20th feb ) university verification via avvanz.

My university verification report came on 8th march.

then, my hr told me unable upload the university verification report.

and then he told me appealed time is expired so can't upload the report.

he told only 3 month validity for appeal Ep. but now time is above 3 month so can't upload report my hr said.

My question is

My appeal is pending and聽 MOM only asking university verification details, then how my appeal date is expired?

how much time limit for appeal?

Only 3 months allowed for total ep apply and appeal process?

My hr told again apply for fresh EP.

Please help anyone.

Your company's HR should contact MoM to find out how to submit the requested documents.

But he told appeal time is expired.聽 My doubt is all appeal process is done by within 3 month after rejection of EP right?

I have never heard of this - and think it is VERY unlikely if MoM is the reason it takes that long.

When you submit an EP application or even an appeal and additional information is requested by MoM, it comes with clear timelines within which duration you must submit the documentation- it isn鈥檛 open ended. Yes, your HR is right, you need to submit a fresh application and this time around, kindly submit the verification along (one shot).
