Hi,

Anyone knows what are the vaccination information has to be entered in entry approval form in safetravel site? Since from 10th Aug singapore allows the vaccinated holders to apply the application

I haven鈥檛 seen a form as yet from a high risk country so can鈥檛 comment the exact specifics but in my opinion would be both, with the valid evidence/ records of the traveler
