Hi,

My EP and 2 kids DP are filed to renew in Nov 2020. EP and elder kid DP got approved within 10 days but younger kid DP still pending with status "We need input from other agencies...". From application submitted date to til now is over 7 weeks and still the same status.

Elder kid is going to Primary School in international school but younger one is intended to start going Nursery in 2021 ( Age < 4 years old). DP will expire in Feb 2021.

Anyone got similar experience? What is the possibility outcome of this DP in your opinion? Shall we ask employer to contact to MOM officer?

I haven't heard of the "other agencies" stage for DP!
If you fulfill the DP criteria (as you obviously do, as shown by the approval of the older kid), then it should actually be a formality.
Maybe you can contact MoM to find out?

Possibly vaccination information they might be waiting for. As Beppi said, you may check with MoM directly (either by email or call to their customer service number). to find out the details. Good luck

DP renewal was approved yesterday. It took nearly 8 weeks to process. For those of you seeking to renew DP application, pls do earlier.

@MumofTwo2 hi, For me also, my EP approved in 5 days, my son DP approved in 4 days, but for my wife DP, it's showing "...need inputs from other agencies to process this application". Both my son and wife DPs were applied on the same by the agency. May i know if MOM request for any additional documents during this 8 weeks processing time?
