If you can take a little spicy food, my personal recommendation is LAKSA. I always miss this dish the most when I go overseas for long period. It's widely available anywhere but you must pick the right ones to get the REAL taste. I'm a food lover too. Always ready to bring anyone on a 'local food tour' - charge will be a coffee hahaha
