SP to EP (new company)

Hi, I got a job offer from a trading company.

It's a small company which I used to work before under EP (about 5 years ago, EP min salary was 4500 sgd and that was my salary).

I left the company about 3 years ago for an entry level role at MNC, under S pass salary 4400 SGD.

After 3 years of working under SP, Im going back to the previous company but now that Ive aged and EP salary requirement changed, minimim required salary is 8400 SGD, which will incur about 91% increment.


Is it likely that MOM will reject because the gap is too big? Will it seem suspicious?


Im just so worried if I will be rejected because of my sad SP salary. Also, old job was marketing and then I moved to CS, and the new role is in marketing again.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Or am I overthinking? 8400 SGD is the minimum requirement, not a crazy outlier.. I guess my concern is that Im currently underpaid... thanks everyone
