You can find car leasing companies in Singapore by a Google search.

But please note that Singapore has the world's highest car prices: Leasing starts at S$2000/month for a small one and well over S$3000/month for a family car - plus that does not yet include petrol, parking and road tolls, which are also costly.

On the other hand, the bus and MRT system is very good and taxis are comparatively cheap, so most people do not need a car.

Furthermore, you should check whether your driving license is valid here - Chinese ones (where you are from according to your profile) need to be converted to an international one first. And after 6 or 12 months (I forgot) of living here, you must get a Singapore driving license.
