Hi,

it depends what kind of business do you want to set up. For a citizen of the Philippines it is easier than for a foreigner.

Did you make a business plan? Did you make a marketing analysis? Is the product/service you want to sell needed at the location where you want to sell it?

Many people bought condo units here in Boracay and now there is a low demand for condo units. So, they abandoned the condo units or the bank took the unit. A classic example of a failed business.

A strong business plan is a must in the Philippines - all other things/permits can be done.

On a serious and somewhat sad note and after further investigation Coach53 I can confirm has been sectioned under the Swedish Compulsory Psychiatric Care Act otherwise known as LPT.

Apparently his self important delusional fantasies finally got the better of him poor chap.

Naturally I think I can speak for everyone on this Forum and wish him a speedy recovery.

And I thought he was just busy at this time of year, maybe coaching the Swedish Tennis players at wimbledon or acting as a consultant to the Swedish Women's Football Team in the UEFA European Competition.
