So I can't buy a CPE router besides my dongle on the same account. It that what you meaned?
or can I exchange my dongle for a CPE and pay for it, maybe?

Visit them with the copy of contract, tell them you need a Wimax-router, they will charge you 200LD for a new router.
I took 3 extra routers on 3 different accounts last month.
