Travelers health insurance for Ethiopian for Thailand

Hi,

me and a Ethiopian friend plan to fly to Thailand for holidays because there's no beach and ocean in Ethio. :-(

does anyone know how to get a travelers health insurance for an Ethiopian in Addis which covers expenses in case of sickness abroad?
