Foreign National of Ethiopian Origin ID Cards or (Yellow Cards ID) issued people who have other parents or grandparents who are Ethiopians.

Other case which government provides Yellow Cards ID people who done large investments inside Ethiopia, other group which is Rastafarian community issued Yellow Cards in 2018.

Yellow Card issued mostly people of Ethiopian Origins, if you had Western Foreign Nationality then husband would get Yellow Card though you and children too.

Ethiopia does not allow Dual nationality)  if you take Western Foreign Nationality then you will lose your Ethiopian Nationality, then only option open to  you will have get Foreign National of Ethiopia Origin ID Card.

My advice would be visit Immigration lawyer ask him this question)

Other option I believe Immigration lawyer will be help you on question Green Card Residency ID Card for your husband.

I think for your foreign husband, you will have 2 options other getting Green Card which renewed yearly or 5 year Permanent Residence ID for Foreign citizens this option open Foreign citizens married to Ethiopian Citizens.
