One frustrated foodie in Buenos Aires

Susanna Campitelli

Hi there,

I have beening living in BA with my Argentine husband since this time last year.  We met in London and lived there until our move.  Coming from one capital city to another has proved to be a transition full of hiccups... it has not only been an eye-opening experience for me but a huge adjustment for Guillermo, my hubby.

Things I have seen, people I have encountered have compelled me to write - when I do I can somehow find humour in the most frustrating experience...

I have been adjusting not only in the way I interact with the locals but in the way I cook because unless you like empanadas, pizza or pasta everyday, you have to be darn creative!!

So please visit me at

besos,

Susanna

Hi Susanna,

Welcome! Your blog looks interesting. I'm sure I'll stop by again and read more of it!

You and your husband are both expats from different countries living in a third country? That's interesting. I've heard that some couples find that easier than having one person have to adjust to their spouse's culture. Do you find that? I'm just curious.

Anyways, I'm sure you'll like it here...
