The Italian and UK goverments confirmed the right of reciprocity in March 2021 - so a Brit can buy in Italy and vice versa. The Italian college of Notaries have confirmed this.That's awesome. Thanks for that. Read More

Not anyone can buy real estate in Italy. You need to be a citizen of Italy, or another country that allows Italian citizens to buy property in that country. For example, UK citizens cannot buy property in Italy any more, since brexit. As Australian ... Read More
