New residence permits by flyingpommy
Hi, can someone advise me of the website where I can view the application forms for residency. How do the new rules apply to ourselves whereas we only arrive on 20th February and will not have any ID thanks

Yep it has moved back to Evans Building near the Malta Experience. Expect a long queue and lots of confused, irate people. I was there for three hours yesterday, but was because I was waiting to hand in documents. Read More

Calling the UK from Malta by dreamkin

Damp/Mould in Homes. by GuestPoster566
Now I know last year this was an issue that was problematic due to the very bad winter but how bad is this in more 'usual' winters? I also understand that newer homes are now built with cavity walls, is this correct? Thanks.

I stick a towel underneath it to soak up as much as possible. Read More

So as a renting tenant facing her first Maltese winter with some trepidation, is there any thing I can/should do to minimise the chance of mould developing in my flat? Read More
