Where in North East Brasil?

Hi there

I've been living in Porto Alegre with my wife and 2 kids for the last few years but miss living on a beach. We have been to North East Brasil many times on holiday and love the lifestyle there and are considering buying a beach apartment.

Naturally we want a place that's great for a family, that we can rent out when we are not using it and one that is getting the attention of both Brazilian and international tourists.

We are hoping to find some tips and information on the infrastructure developments and tourism trends that are taking place in North East Brasil and thought you guys would be able to help.

I'Vanessa , I went to Bal. of Camboriu, If you like to live at the beach there is a amazing place called BALNEARIO OF CAMBORIU, it's located at the state of Santa Catarina, is the state if you look into Brazil's map you'll see that Santa catarina state is right beside the state of Rio Grande do sul, is a amazing place (it's even beter then Porto Alegre) I'm pretty sure that you're going to love it, is in south聽 Brazil, very elegant place to ave a beach apartment, there is many real state office's there or in the oter beach nearby...

Porto de Galinhas is fairly close to Recife. There they have an american school called Escola Americana de Recife. I have a friend that studied there. Seems to be a good school.
