Hi all

Please聽 how can I send money to a PIX account from another country? I don鈥檛 yet have a local bank account, I need to make a payment to someone and they gave me their PIX code to send the money to. I am currently not in Brazil

@dyantyi28 Pix only works between Brazilian bank accounts.

@dyantyi28 Sorry I hit submit in error! You can only use pix in Brazil, unless you use an app like this one:

You would have to transfer money to your Nu Bank account using an app like Wise. Then you could PIX people.

You can pay someone in Brazil or Pix using Remitly. I used to pay my landlord monthly with this app. From usd to Pix

Remitly was not recognising the PIX keys as it is a Company tax number (CNPJ). According to them the PIX keys must be a CPF, Cell number, email or a randomly selected 32-digit key

I finally asked a friend to make the payment for me
