Everything is slow in Vanuatu :-) :-) I can't speak for other's but an awful lot walks from the PV Post Office. I took it up with the post mistress, who assured me, everyone who sends parcels are putting the incoorect address on the parcel. Total nonsence, of course. So unless the parcel is registered, I wouldn't risk it. A birthday card to my son in Sydney took 2 weeks to arrive.
