Hello there,

I was a student of NZ in the year 2009 and I stayed there for around 2 years. I used to have a credit card of $2500.Since that duration was a recession period I was unable to settle there and I had to get back to my birth country.My payment of $2100 to the bank is still pending, till date.

Now, I wanted to come.back to NZ and try my luck. What are the chances of my credit card debt , from 2010 to be a problem for my immigration ? Will that impact my application now ?

Why have you not tried to pay off your credit card debt? You have had 12 years to do so.
You do not seem to have the standards of an overseas visitor that NZ requires.
New Zealand is a small country and needs contributors, not users.
And yes, this would definitely affect your status.
