Starting School in Sydney

We are relocating to Sydney in early September and have a 6 (birthday was in June) and 7 1/2 year old (turning 8 in December). The 6 year old just finished Kimdergaten and the 7 1/2 year old finished 1st. If we were staying in the US they鈥檇 be starting 1st and 2nd grade in the Fall. What will happen when we move and which grade will they be placed in?

i suggest to write an email to school directly and seek advice. Also, school will analyse the kid prior to admission and discuss with you in detail.聽 Teacher will analyse聽 the kids prior to admission and make sure kids are happy.
