Permanent residency visa requirement

njnjnj

does anybody knows having on going rental income is acceptable to apply for permanent residency visa?

I hear that the amount of monthly $ income varies every year , anybody knows how much approximately it will be for 2024 for Canadians ?

Thanks

Permanent residency is usually granted to retired individuals. Some consulates may be more flexible in this regard, provided you meet the financial requirements, particularly in savings. Rental income might be enough only for Temporary Residency. The amount for solvency requirements will increase by around 20% next year.

I'm a former immigration officer in case you need profesional guidance through the process.

Hello

Thank you for response ,

Currently I can only present my rental income and don't have enough saving so I may end up getting Temporary residency and change it later to permanent .

Where are you located ? in case I need legal help ?

Thanks
