Canada is huge, and where you live is partially based on your work skills, what you can afford, or where you decide to go to school.

Asking where the best place to live in Canada is like asking an American what their favorite city is. There are thousands of cities, and the person may have only visited a few in various states.

In other words, you will not get a meaningful answer because their choice will be biased based on where they live and what they like to do.

If you are an avid skiier, you might favor Banff, AB over Saskatoon, SK. If you like the sea, my guess is that Victoria BC may be higher on your list than Hamilton, ON. If you like big cities, you would choose Toronto, ON instead of Dunlop, NB.
