I'm a Canadian planning on marrying a belizian man.
He has a valid passport , what papers do we need to apply for a visa to return to Canada.

I cant get my Belizean boyfriend into Canada (Visa app not accepted)for a visit because he is poor. I think its just code for 'black or brown"聽 .... this is even though I invited him and he sent the letter with the application,聽 and provided my bank account amount which was over $200,000, Some say it is easier or more possible if you both go to Guatemala City to apply in person although we have not done that.
