Hello Virgilio,

Your very first step is to visit Citizendhip and Immigrations Canada's website and fill out the online forms to see if you will qualify for a work visa.

As far as actually finding a job goes you can send your CV out to Canadian companies, but unless you are one of those rare people who have a long history of experience acting as CEO of some major multinational company nothing sustitutes an intense job search while you are actually here in the country. Most companies will not hire anyone with whom they have not had a personal (face to face) interview.

Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver or the areas surrounding them will be the most difficult locations in which to find employment, due to the intense competition for job vacancies.

Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta will be much better places to find jobs.
