GinetaG15

Hi, I am new to Dubia, I have recently decided to start my own business, for obvious reasons. My question is, which banks are the most customer care orientated towards business. Does anyone have any recommendations. In case it matters, my business is in agro shipping.
Thanks. Phil

Hello.

For me, when it comes to customer services, I prefer HSBC Bank. They have a standard process on how to deal with customers on call or off. But still it will depends on your preferences.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.

MASHREQ those bank has option for zero balance

ADCB, RAK, CBD don't have any zero balance account for company.

Where did you find this detail, it was 10 months before.

Only Mashreq have zero balance.

Also they all have monthly AED 150 to AED 200 maintenance charges.

As my limited knowledge, all of the mentioned banks has zero balance ( no minimum balance) to be maintained. They will allow you to open without initial deposit. How ever they have subscription charges if you opted for no minimum balance ( zero balance ) account, which is 150,100,125 and 200 respectively.

If you're setting up an international business in the UAE, choosing the right bank account can make a big difference. Emirates NBD (ENBD) and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) are top picks—they’re known for supporting businesses with strong international connections. Both banks offer various services for foreign companies, like multi-currency accounts and easy international transfers. Plus, you’ll find big-name international banks here too, like HSBC and Standard Chartered, if you prefer working with familiar global brands. With these options, it’s easy to find a bank that fits your business needs!
