now for 1 Bed Room Apartment  in Dubai Sports City well equipped you will need more than that i think, sports city is pretty expensive you can get at     39,000 AED yearly which means  you may save more on an apartment

     Mobile Phone = 300 AED i don't make too much phone calls so am not that familiar with the calling but you will have to avoid using credit and use internet calls coz it is super expensive and that's for me

home internet, you will need like 500 and above now that there is tax it has also increased

for gym you are ok with 500 monthly

3000 aed for fuel?? man thats too much fuel here is cheap you can get a full tank at around The price of 1 liter (1/4 gallon) of gas in Dubai is Dirham 1.92

food 2000 aed unless you are going to cook for your self, but if you eat in restaurants add another 1k make it 3k and depends on what you eat

for courses you need to do more research it is expensive here for studying, super expensive 4000 man it seems small

overall 20000 aed is a good package but if you have a family you will have to cut down on all the above costs as it would crush your salary and all your expectations, dubai is good man, come you will feel at home, there are many nationalities here and if you work for 6 months and you don't like your offer you can look for another employer, you may be luck and you will find a gold mine of an employer who would give you 2 times 20k aed good luck man
