Is it easy to find a job as a doctor id Emirates?

Finding work vacancy is not that difficult. Getting the license to practice there is quite tough..especially HAAD exam. I heard that DHA is easier to clear.

About the lisences &accreditations: HAAD,MOH, DHA These are the lisences to attain from the ministry of health, without these we aren't able to provide. I would like to suggest you to check these since their might be some privilage for those candidates with better experience and isn't of higher charges. You can suggest your collegues in the following specializations and who do have the licenses from ministry of health, UAE.
