I have been offered 8000AED with medical facility,fully furnished family accommodation, Vehicle, 1.5 months yearly bonus and yearly once air tickets to family for 1 month vacation.

Please suggest whether it is good offer for family of 4 with 1 school going kid?

Please please help.

Its is not good or bad u can manage if company will provide accommodation housing and medical

usually an evaluation is something consists of two ends, not one.
you have provided one end, the offer (salary and benefits), but what is the other end, the job?
if you meant sustainability in Abu Dhabi, you also have to be more specific as of what area exactly you
are supposed to be located. if general account would be useful, i say if you are granted the accommodation and
transport, then a 8000 package is manageable, specially if you'll be out of Abu Dhabi island. (at one of the cities
around Abu Dhabi like (Mohd Bin Zayed City, Khalifa A, B or C, Musaffah, Bain Al Jissrain, etc) away from the main hassle hub. School fees, however is something of big trouble here in Abu Dhabi. but you can always resort to your employer's assistance and apply for help , which is very common here esp for school and family issues (i.e. a deducted loan) especially if you're working with an Emirati business owner or manager they're very kindhearted people and would always help you there, especially if you're a woman (woman get priority and so much respected everywhere in gulf countries and UAE most of all).
