The UAE jobs market what it like these days?

I read this report "Assessing the UAE Job Market" recently, it shared very interesting insights into the UAE jobs market.

Anyone in that region? tell me what you think

Its very hard to gauge the job market at present as July to September is inherintly a quiet time of year due to summer vacations and the Holy month of Ramadan falling around August 11th.
There are still varied roles to be had however clients are now taking their time to recruit and being very specific due to qualifications and experience
It is no where聽 near as busy as it was in the boom of 2007-2008 but there are opportunities available for the right people. Being a resident of the UAE helps a great deal in securing a role as most clients prefer candidates residing here who have UAE experience
