Hello, i am Rupesh shrestha from Nepal.. Its been like around 20 days since i have been to istanbul but i find that i really cannot digest food here in Turkey .. I am really having a problem with food here... any one can help?

Hi Ruptaker,

May be you are note being able to digest because of some spices in the food, have you been to a doctor?

ha ha ha..dnt worry u get used to it eventually ...try add more spice(mirch) in the turkish food and drain the excess oil ...cheers !!
