I can't give you very good advise but I will tell you this it is very difficult to come to Turkey as a foreigner and get work. That being said I'm sure with the right help you will succeed. Having someone to sponsor you might be of help.

One thing I can suggest though is before I came to Turkey 6 weeks ago I hired a Lawyer in Kusadasi Turkey where I now live. He was able to answer all my questions and make sure all my documentation and forms were completed properly in a timely fashion. By doing this my move here was very much smoother. In my experience moving here was one of the best things I have ever di=one for myself. Love the people here, the culture and the cost of living is super low. I love being in Kusadasi, Turkey.

Jobs in tourism are gone long ago in Turkey. Try other field of activity. Tourism will not be back soon. In Europe people's expectations refers to 5 years...
