Hi All,

I'm moving to Riyadh very very soon and I'm looking for a one or two bedroom furnished apartment in or near Olaya - or a bit further out in Al Malqa. It has been incredibly difficult to find apartments online but I would want to move in starting April.

The more modern/new, the better. My budget is around 5000SAR per month , but of course less would be great. If it is more modern, I would not mind a smaller space (one bedroom) but must have a kitchen (oven included if possible). I have US citizenship so I could also live in a compound but that is not a necessity as long as the area/ building is more family friendly.

If anyone knows or has any recommendations, please let me know. That would be highly appreciate!
