I am in the same situation.  Did you find any help? I feel like having a nervous breakdown, please send any advice.

I hope I'm not too late to the party. I don't have experience with English-speaking shrinks, but I've heard of Prince Sultan Humanitarian City. It's on al-Qassim highway. Google their website. Their shrinks vary in nationality and religion. You can pick a psychologist/psychiatrist that you're most comfortable with and book an appointment online.

I need advise about a psychiatrist or psychotherapist in riyadh, going through a very tough time.

Can anyone plz tell me abt asian or western psychiatrist or therapist or councelor here ... I searched alot bt in hospitals there r only egyptians !

Go for them as all hv same  books to read n practice
