Can I pay my traffic violation of 3000SAR in installment?

Hi guys. This is an urgent situation.
I was billed by MOROOR for crossing red light at the traffic.
My question is, Can I pay it bit by bit for like 3 months without them increasing the fee?

not sure but your fees will increase if you delay it.

I never heard of this mode of payment with MOROOR. However, as pointed out by @void794 the traffic fine will be doubled if it is not paid on time.
Even a friend of mine who filed a complaint in MOROOR regarding the traffic ticket recently received SMS requiring him to pay ticket before it gets doubled. Though, he was advised beforehand that his complaint would be processed within 30days. So he had no choice but to settle the fines while waiting for updates of his pending complaint.
