Cashing my cheque

Hello
I'm now employed in ksa as top line management and the employer gave three months salary as cheque
It was presented to ncb bank but bank refused cash due to some system fault
I hold only a passport as iqama is getting delayed
Bank is delaying payment citing some system problem
Is the problem due to my not holding a iqama as they have issued cash to other passport holders
Need your advice as I'm spending my own money earned in my country and not received cash here for past 3 months

Bank is also not telling the reason for non payment.if they divulge the real reason I can get it rectified

Take the issue to your employer. He is responsible to provide you money. So ask him to provide you in cash.

Also, why haven't you received your Iqama in the last 3 months? And why you got 3 months salary in one check and not as monthly payment?

Sounds fishy...

They issued 3 cheques not single,iqama is delayed due to some official hitches,will take the problem to employer,but my question is why ncb bank is delaying in honoring the cheque with passport id.
