Bank sent my car to auction after i returned it to them

I have a big problem that has everyday been a nightmare. I am a staff nurse here in riyadh for almost 6years. My husband went exit already and i have no reason to still continue with the car we鈥檝e purchsed from a bank as lease. I returned it last february they said that i need to wait until they will sell it in auction. I agreed because i have no idea about it since i am a female. I was with my father when i returned the car. And for the past weeks, ive been recieving messages from the ministry of justice saying that the bank will file a case against me if i ddnt pay the remaining amount from my contract, in which the bank personnel told me to just ignore because the system automatically detects that i am not paying anymore since february. By the way, it was them who instructed me not to pay the monthly payment of 1000sr because they said that i teturned the car already. And just yesterday, i went again to the bank and they are aaying that i need to pay almost 20 thousand riyals in cash without even showing me a paper of how much was the exact difference i need to pay after they sold the car. Secondly, they are not even showing the papers that they aold the car already. Please i need some help. Im goong crazy everyday about this. Thank u very much

It seems you have a strong case but I would suggest you not to take it lightly. Get a lawyer and go to court. Explain your version there. I am sure, you would have the documents of handing over the car to them. This shouldn't take much time either.

hi,
who received the car and the keys from you on feb is responsible. Bank usually have security cameras and there must be a document you have signed.

It was received by a bank employee.. unfortunately, i lost the paper. I was asking for a copy from the bank (saudi fransi) but they said it was in the auction and they dont have a copy. What should i do?

Unfortunately i lost the paper. I was asking for a copy but they said it was in the auction already.. today they called me, the cheque arrived already and they will call me back again tomorrow. How much would it cost for a lawyer here in riyadh?
